The hotel is clean, has views of the bay. It has very pretty rooms. The employees are very nice and accommodating. The location it offers is great, next to Larcomar & restaurants/bars, Miraflores and super friendly staff and a shopping centers, Internet cafes, park, movie theaters and great restaurants. At the downstairs bar they serve delicious food and drinks. The best place to stay when in Lima.

Reasonably spacious & fairly clean hotel, impeccable service, good location right on Miraflores neighborhood. Extremely spacious and fantastic room with magnificent views of the bay.

This place was fantastic, we had a great stay in a spacious room with a balcony and enjoyed the casino here.

There was no tv working during my stay. The staff were not very good very poor service considering it is supposed to be a 5 atar hotel.The bathroom was very dated, poor shower pressure and not enough hot water to run a bath. There was only 1 elevator working which was constantly in use by the hotel staff. The room was very noisy at night car horns going all night, I was so unhappy with this hotel that I checked out early.

The room at the suite it was very confortable, also the staff it was very nice

I suggest you to stay at the highest floor of the hotel, because if not the noise of the air conditioner of the hotel is terrible!!!, but if you are at the right room there is a big problem, even with the windows closed.

I was delighted with the room that had stunning panoramic views of the bay.

The hotel is frankly too expensive for Lima, Peru. I found a equally good hotel for my return for nearly half the price.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the central location in Miraflores. The staff pays attention to detail and provides excellent service. The basic amenities are well-maintained, and the rooms offer a great view, especially from those with a balcony. The queen size beds are very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Plus, having a microwave in the room is a convenient addition. Lastly, the breakfast is delicious and provides a satisfying start to the day.

disappointed as i was overcharged. i booked the hotel in dollars and was charged in peruvian soles and at a ridiculous rate. tried to rectify this with the hotel but unwilling to refund the difference. for 1 night stay, i was overcharged nearly 20% extra. very disappointed customer.

The room was outstanding and had an exceptionally comfortable bed. the location was marvelous and absolutely perfect for our visit to an outdoor mall, just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. - I liked the great area around the hotel.

Hello, We absolutely enjoyed our (short) one night stay at Thunderbird Hotel and Fiesta Casino. We were given welcome drinks on arrival and when reception found out it was my birthday they bought a cake and birthday card to the room. It was a lovely surprise and we wish our stay could have been longer. They organised the airport transfers and went out of their way to assist with anything they could. Please thank the lovely ladies on reception on 21st September evening. Our room was excellent, very soft queen bed, much appreciated after trekking thru Peru and the Amazon. Nothing to complain about. Loved it. :-) Want to go back again. . . .

The breakfast was great, and the hotel staff were very courteous. the location of the hotel was very convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the room was very clean and tidy.

The noise from the surrounding area was very distracting and it felt like the walls were paper thin. the room was quite small and cramped with very little storage space.
